Hahah I love this! Only potential terrorists dissent.. It's sad how a lot of policies have really taken that stance. Which you are more likely to associate with a radical/totalitarian regime rather than a supposed democracy..

Not only policies.. but everyday people too who are considered terrorists by their own government will look at people like me who'll spout such crazy nonsense like "thinking for yourself" or "just because something is a law doesn't make it right" as crazy communist terrorist talk. :(

This poaster was prompted by the fact of the Department of Homeland Security issuing "guidance" to local police departments that Occupiers and Code Pink protesters -- and other citizens lawfully and patriotically dissenting -- were to be considered as "potential terrorists." Deviant gonzoville has prodcued an excellent "terrorist identification chart" [link] which you ought to take a look at. ;)

By the way, this poaster, like all of the World War II, 1930s-1940s style stuff I have been doing recently are remixes of original US propaganda posters supporting the war effort and the New Deal-era WPA (Works Progress Administration).

Had a look, made me laugh quite a bit! I didn't know about this guidance stuff (I'm in the UK). But it's pretty scary that they're issuing out stuff like that..

I realised they were re-mixes, they're all very well done though C: I love old propaganda posters..

No he didn't, he used the 1940's version of the flag, before Hawaii and Alaska joined the union and became states.

Fun Fact! before Hawaii became states they were Provences. and after a certan ammount of time they were given a choice.
A. Become a state of the United states goverment, and gain the right to VOTE.
B. America will leave you and you can make your own goverment.

Needless to say, they picked A.
