Since his dramatic escape on horseback from the certainty of a Chinese firing squad in 1959, His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso, has led a fight against the largest, most ruthless internal security apparatus in the world.

Despite unspeakable crimes against the Tibetan people by the Han Chinese and their puppet, reactionary party based in Beijing, the Dalai Lama has steadfastly walked the non-violent road and brought world-wide pressure to bear on the Chinese government to end its war on Tibetan culture and religion.
