If you disagree with the views expressed here, please be sure to read my Policy Statement BEFORE you post: [link]
Despite dA's clear policy against hate propaganda ["Hate propaganda is met with zero tolerance."] see [link] not a day goes by that I do not see postings that depict the swastika in a positive light [e.g., "A Wonderful Thing" [link], postings that glorify Adolph Hitler [[link] and other Nazi leaders including the head of the SS [[link], and so forth. Indeed, there are several organized groups on dA that exist solely to propagate Nazism and Nazi propaganda, including [link], [link], [link], [link], [link], and [link].
Send a message to dA's CEO Angelo Sotira via the Help Desk and demand that:
(1) all pro-Nazi images and text (journal entries, etc.) be removed from dA permanently
(2) that identifiably pro-Nazi groups including those cited above be disbanded and removed from dA permanently
(3) that the founders, co-founders, and administrators of those groups be banned from dA permanently
(4) that Nazis, Nazi sympathizers, and Nazi fellow travelers (e.g., *reicheagle, ~SeargentArmour, ~DAK-Rommel, and ~Rustic-King) who are apparently not the founders, co-founders, or administrators of pro-Nazi groups, but who nonetheless identify themselves as Nazis or Nazi sympathizers, be permanently banned from dA
Note that some of these groups and individuals claim that there is no hate involved, only "mutual interest" or "historical interest." To that we say that one cannot publish pro-Nazi propaganda, so-called art, or writings that are NOT inherently hate speech. Indeed, in some countries, such as Germany, to do so is a serious felony. We demand, out of respect for the millions who lost their lives and families at the hands of the Third Reich, and, out of concern that these racist, murderous, anti-gay, anti-Semitic ideas not be spread using dA as a tool, that dA senior management vigorously pursue, remove, and ban such postings and deviants from dA on a permanent basis using available technological and human means to do so.
DISPLAY OF NAZI SYMBOLS (THE SWASTIKA, THE NAZI SALUTE) AND/OR HOLOCAUST DENIAL IS A FELONY PUNISHABLE BY PRISON SENTENCES OF UP TO 20 YEARS AND/OR LARGE FINES IN 16 COUNTRIES (AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA, THE CZECH REPUBLIC, FRANCE, GERMANY, HUNGARY, ISRAEL, LIECHTENSTEIN, LITHUANIA, LUXEMBOURG, THE NETHERLANDS, PORTUGAL, POLAND, ROMANIA, SPAIN, AND SWITZERLAND, AS WELL AS UNDER THE LAWS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION.
SINCE DA CAN BE VIEWED IN ALL OF THESE COUNTRIES, IT IS MY CONTENTION THAT BY PERMITTING PRO-NAZI CONTENT TO BE DISPLAYED ON ITS WEBSITE, DA IS IN CONTRAVENTION OF THOSE LAWS.
UNLESS DA ACTS IMMEDIATELY TO MEET THE ABOVE DEMANDS IT IS MY INTENTION TO NOTIFY THE GOVERNMENTS OF THOSE COUNTRIES AND TO URGE THEM TO BLOCK ACCESS WITHIN THEIR TERRITORIES TO THE DA WEBSITE, AND TO PURSUE ANY OTHER REMEDIES WHICH MAY BE AVAILABLE TO THOSE GOVERNMENTS UNDER THEIR LAWS.
Smash the hate. No Nazis on deviantART!
People can have those views and share those views with others who feel the same as they do, so long as they're not causing physical, or mental, harm, re-enacting what the Nazis did, publicly discriminating, raging, or causing mass pandemonium, enlisting acts of violence, trying to rebuild the Nazi Party and what it stood for, posing threats, and forcing people to follow through with the views that they believe were contributions given by Adolf Hitler, the S.S, and the Nazi Party and forcing people to encourage and entertain the same methods that they think are morally reprehensible then they're inclined to share their opinions among those who share in their views and opinions and keep those views and opinions to their individual group.
If these people are sending threats to other people then they are at fault and should be punished for those threats, but the majority who don't threaten others with their views, but are still supporters and sympathizers should not be punished with them.
I'm not trying to stir up hate or trying to say that you don't have the right to feel the way you do towards these kinds of people, I'm just saying that not every person who supports or sympathizes with Adolf Hitler and the Nazi Party's beliefs are evil demons filled with hate and malice, but are just the same as everyone else just with their own views and beliefs and as long as they're keeping to themselves or with their group and not ranting out at other people about what they stand for then they shouldn't automatically be viewed as demons.
Some people are really kind and thoughtful, but support Adolf Hitler and the Nazi Party, though they keep that to themselves or with those who they feel comfortable sharing that information with.

Sorry, but I perfer US laws over Europe's. Although it may be contriversial with European laws, but I'm against the censorship over that.
GET BACK TO ART PLEASE....assuming you've a capacity for actually CREATING art. I'm personally offended that this community is abused as a platform for driving agendas. I am speaking in reference to your ENTIRE effort, not just this one poster. I am also NOT making a statement about my stance on anything...that's not the point!
You want to ban us becouse National Socialism had a dark past, then ban communists as well. If you're gonna ban us becouse Nazi Germany had concentration camps, then ban communists for having Gulag camps.
If you're gonna ban us, ban the communists as well!
. . .it's so much easier and more fun just to ban YOU, asshole.
You've objected to "postings that depict the swastika in a positive light".
I am an anti-fascist, from an anti-fascist family. I am also a respecter of the spiritual traditions of India. Some years ago I visited Kolkata, West Bengal, and made a symbolic offering at a nineteenth century Hindu Goddess temple which has swastikas over its entrance.
Nazism is one thing, the swastika is another.
I'm glad you do recognise the distinction between the nazi swastika and religious swastikas. The page about the swastika "A Wonderful Thing", which you objected to and linked to in your caption, is no longer there. So it wasn't clear to me what sort of statement you were objecting to.
It is a misconception that religious swastikas always rotate in the opposite direction to the nazi version. Religious swastikas can turn in either direction, depending on the specific tradition or school. (The ones at the temple I mentioned, at Dakshineswar in Kolkata, actually turn in the same direction as the nazi symbol.) The real difference between the nazi swastika and religious swastikas is the context, not the geometry.
I agree with communism (though Chinese model is really interesting)
In any event, I suggest that you take your own advice: "if you don't like their art them [sic] scroll past it."
We're done now, OK?
Good luck with the fight!
