Those protests are just ignored and lied about by the corporate media.
We often have tens of thousands, sometimes hundreds of thousands of people protesting about the Fukushima nuclear disaster and the government's lies. The government does not care.
The people of Okinawa protest about the American bases and the rapes of their women. The government does not care.
The "99%" movement in the USA didn't get anywhere either.
The media just lies about the numbers, and portrays the protesters as crazies and criminals.
